Questions manufacturers ask
Does VIBWERA support bills of material and routings?
Yes. Bills of material define what goes into each product; routings define the steps and the work centres that perform them.
How do production orders work?
A production order is raised for a quantity, material is issued against it, hours are recorded at each work centre, and finished goods are received into stock when the order completes.
Can I compare standard cost with actual cost?
Yes. Each job carries a standard cost and collects actual material, labour and overheads, and the job cost sheet shows the variance.
Is subcontracting or job work supported?
Yes. Material sent out to a job worker and finished goods received back are recorded and costed into the same ledger.
What does it not do yet?
Material requirements planning, finite capacity scheduling and quality inspection workflows are not covered yet. Ask us before you decide if you depend on them.
Is manufacturing an extra-cost module?
No. Manufacturing and job costing are included in every plan: Starter ₹1,499 a month, Growth ₹3,999 a month, Enterprise from ₹9,999 a month quoted per group. All prices are ex-GST.
